Reporting Late or Absent Students

Please call the Pioneer office at 360-596-6500 before 8:10 a.m. if your child will be late or absent. Our 24-hour voicemail allows you to call anytime during the night or early morning. For absences, please give us your child's name, the date of the absence, and the reason that they are absent. You may also want to email your child's teacher, but this should be in addition to calling the office. 

A child is considered a late arrival if arrival time is after 8:30 a.m. Late students need to stop by the office before they go to class to pick up an arrival notice.
